OpenAI has officially released Astra, positioning it as the company’s most powerful and versatile artificial intelligence model to date. The company describes Astra as representing a new frontier in how AI interacts with computers and browsers, promising unmatched speed, accuracy, and safety across a range of tasks.
Initially, access to Astra is being granted to customers enrolled in OpenAI’s Daybreak cybersecurity program. Over the coming week, the model will expand to paid subscribers on Pro, Plus, Enterprise, and Business tiers, as well as through OpenAI’s application programming interface.
